Tara was featured as the Statler Brothers opening act on tour from 1998 to 2002.  She was a permanent part of their touring show right up to and including their Farewell Concert on October 26, 2002.

Tara is now performing as a part of the

It's amazing how time flies. I'm still singing w/ the Bad Habit Band regionally around SW Missouri. There is talk that I'll be doing 2 more shows in Pennsylvania again, keep watching for more information about that.

In the mean time, I'm enjoying this warmer weather, and FINALLY it's not raining every day here in Missouri!! Hope everyone is well...and have a great SUMMER!

It's ROAD TRIP time!!  Tara has been invited to perform with Jimmy Fortune for a Christmas Show in Telford, Pennsylvania on Saturday, December 6, 2008.  This show will feature both Jimmy & Tara separately, then they will sing together for a Christmas Finale!  For more information, send an email to taralynclb@aol.com

Plan ahead:  New Year's Eve is getting close...........the Bad Habit Band & I will be at the NEW KEY LARGO in Springfield, MO for New Year's Eve, Monday, Dec. 31, 2007!  We're also there the weekend before if you want to make a full weekend of it!  Come see us....we'll ring in 2008 with a ton of fun!!

I want to thank everyone who came out the the New Key Largo this past weekend....we packed the place! It was an awesome night w/ a great crowd!  We'll be back there.....we just don't know when yet................Meanwhile, come see the Bad Habit boys 'n me in Monett, Doolitte or Jefferson City, MO soon!!!

Just wanted to write a note to say my thoughts are with everyone affected by the Ice Storm in southern Missouri.  I, too, lost electricity, but was fortunate enough to only be cold for a day.   It's going on day six now, and there are many who are braving this without a generator or wood heat.  If you're in a position to help someone, please do. This has been a devastating time for a lot of people, and in working together we'll all get through it.  Good luck to everyone.

Thanks to those of you who came out to see they guys & me at Archie's Lounge this weekend!  They said it was the best weekend in a year!  Let's do it again!  For those of you who traveled long distances, thank you especially!  You all rock!

It's official!   Tara will be performing as a part of the Bad Habit Band on several dates through out 2006!!  Check the Tour Dates page for the dates and links to the Band's web site!!

"Always...Patsy Cline" was a success at the Springfield Little Theatre.  Tara got a great review in the Springfield News Leader, and now that the show run is over, she is pursuing other things.  Any new information about where she's performing will be posted as soon as it's available.  Photos from the show will be posted soon.

Thank you to the new family I've found at the Springfield Little Theatre!  You all are amazing! I'm missing you already!  Let's do this again soon!   -Tara

Tara will be singing the role of Pasty Cline in the Springfield Little Theatre production of "Always...Patsy Cline" running April 28, 2006 - May 14, 2006 at the Landers Theater in Springfield, MO.  For more information, click here.

Friends, the world has lost a wonderful person.  Please read on:

One of the most illuminated personalities I've ever had the pleasure of knowing, a friend of the Statler Brothers for many years, and a friend of mine, Lynn Whitmeyer lost her long battle with cancer.  She was ALWAYS thinking of others, and I never saw her without a smile on her face.  She would light up any room she entered.  She passed with a happy heart looking forward to her eternal life. 

She will be missed.   --Tara
